We welcome you to submit your research materials here! Research and report materials and outputs in any form are welcomed! (PDF, audio clip, social media post, infographic, video, etc).
Instructions for Uploading Research Outputs
- Enter the Title of your research output
- Use the Excerpt space to summarize the content of your document. You can use an abstract or plain language summary, and it can be helpful to share what type of output this is- is it an article, infographic, video?
- Choose a category for your post – you must choose either public or private (not both). Public documents are searchable by anyone on the internet accessing CRPOI. Private documents are only accessible to CRPOI members, and might include academic articles that are not Open Access, or which have sensitive information that you do not want public outside of our community.
- Tags are important to make your materials searchable! Use tags to communicate both the subject matter AND the media format (PDF, video, audio, etc).
- If you want to use a tag that is not currently in our list, please email us to suggest the new tag at admin@crpoi.ca. We will add the tag to the list of tags for future uploads.
- Next, add the authors of your research in the authors box. If one or more of the authors of your document is not represented in the drop-down menu, please email us at ktimler@caefs.ca We will add the author to our list of authors. The added author(s) will then be available for future submissions.
- If you make an error in the uploading process, please re-upload your document correctly, and then email us at admin@crpoi.ca and let us know the Title and Reference number of the incorrect document to be deleted.
